About the Academy
Ridgeway Primary Academy has an excellent reputation and provides a lively and creative environment in which to work. We retained ‘Good’ in our most recent Ofsted inspection in December 2024 and we are a founding member of Primitas Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust which seeks to make a positive difference in the local community.
Ridgeway Primary School joined Primitas Learning Partnership on 1st June 2022. The partnership is a cross‑phase MAT serving the local area, opened in September 2021, with seven schools: two high schools, four primary schools and a special school. The Trust provides opportunities for the schools to work collaboratively to support school improvement.
Ridgeway is a successful two‑form entry primary school in Chasetown. We currently have 415 pupils on roll in the main school and a further 200 children accessing Early Years provision in our term‑time Ridgeway Rainbow Tots twos group and Sunbeams Nursery and in our Sunny Days Nursery, which is open all year.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Pastoral Support Officer to support children and parents within our school.
