Key Responsibilities
As a Senior 360 Dealer, you’ll take full ownership of the sales and trading cycle:
* New business development – Proactively sourcing and onboarding clients across multiile sectors, while nurturing and expanding existing relationships.
* Relationship management – delivering a high-touch service and building long-term partnerships.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account management.
* Market execution – guiding clients on currency exposure and managing trades.
* Revenue growth – growing a personal book with autonomy and support.
* Analyse client needs and market conditions to deliver tailored FX and international payment solutions.
* Execute trades and advise on risk management strategies with efficiency and expertise.
* Provide consultative, client-focused sales using Direct Capital Exchange’s bespoke product offering.
* Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to account management and trade execution.
* Stay informed on market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory updates to guide clients effectively.
Maintain exemplary use of the company CRM system to track and report client interactions, sales pipeline, and trading activity.
You’ll be joining at a senior level with the chance to influence how we grow and shape our future offering.
Key Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
* Proven success in a 360 dealing role (B2B FX sales)
* Strong knowledge of FX markets, financial instruments and risk management strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with Key Decision Makers (CFOs, FDs, CEOs).
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative and solution-focused approach to sales.
* Ability to effectively adopt different sales methods and channels in line with company strategy.
