Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate learners
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student can succeed
* Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Track student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement
* Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
* Maintain high standards of behaviour, classroom management, and safeguarding
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and support students' personal development
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards achieving QTS
* A bachelor's degree in your specialist subject area
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
* Strong classroom management and organisational abilities
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
