We are looking for an Email Marketing Assistant who will design and execute email campaigns to drive leads, traffic and bookings into our call centre. You will also assist the team with additional CRM and optimisation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce numerous emails per week following an email marketing schedule.
* Build emails using a template and an email builder, amending creative and content.
* Design graphics and source images using Photoshop or Canva.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to select products for inclusion in commercial emails.
* Build workflows in Adobe using predefined lists to target customers based on unique send.
* Create engaging emails that drive results.
* Perform A/B tests to optimise email subject lines, content and design.
* Analyse performance and strategise improvements for email marketing campaigns.
* Assist with other digital marketing activities as required, such as social media.
Skills and Experience
* Good level of IT literacy.
* Ability to write good prose.
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Working to deadlines.
* Manage workload and priorities.
* Work on projects alongside day‑to‑day tasks.
* Seek efficiencies in production and process.
Experience
* Experience with or understanding of HTML code – desirable.
* Experience of creative tools like Photoshop & Canva – desirable.
