Flexible thereafter depending on project workload.About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of custom engineering projects in the maritime and marine sector. The role requires a strong engineering mindset, combined with proven project management expertise. Candidates with a background in mechanical design, programme management, are highly desirable. Ability to obtain security clearance is essential. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Ensure projects are properly planned, resourced, and executed. Assist with Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) cost estimations. Monitor costs against project plans and escalate deviations. Create, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans including milestones and deliverables.Project Planning & Documentation Develop comprehensive project specifications and system designs. Develop functional, environmental, and production test procedures.
