What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading structural design projects across diverse sectors
2. Building and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians
3. Developing strong client relationships and driving new business
4. Working hand-in-hand with our surveying director to deliver a full-service consultancy
What We’re Looking For
5. Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) – highly desirable
6. Strong technical expertise in building structures design
7. Proven track record in project delivery and client management
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
9. Existing client relationships or contacts? That’s a big plus
