We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk -Cantonese Speaker to join our team. (basic Word/Excel knowledge). Must have good English Customer Service skills, verbal & written. (Must have UKRW or Hong Kong Passport & BNO holder). Excellent future prospects are available. Employment Terms for the Data Entry Clerk Salary: £25-27k DOE & Neg Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a 1-hour unpaid break) Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities for the Data Entry Clerk: Accurately inputting data into company systems and databases. Verifying the accuracy of data and making necessary corrections. Managing and maintaining data files and records. Performing regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability. Assisting with the preparation of reports and summaries using basic Word and Excel functions. Supporting other administrative tasks as required by the team. Qualifications and Skills Required: Being a Cantonese speaker Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry. Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confident with good English verbal & written communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be able to easily commute to IP2 Benefits: Paid overtime after 40 hours per week.
