We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive to join a busy dealership team in Penryn. 5. Uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £45,000

8. Access to a large stock of over 600 vehicles including new and approved used cars
Duties of a Sales Executive will include:
9. Engage with customers in-person and online to deliver an exceptional buyer experience
10. Handle showroom visits, telephone enquiries and digital leads proactively
11. Prospect for new business through a variety of channels
12. Conduct test drives to help customers find their ideal vehicle
13. Assist customers with finance options and arrange Part Exchange valuations
14. Present attractive site and stock displays to maximise sales opportunities
15. Maintain high standards of presentation and organisation within the dealership
Requirements that the Sales Executive will neeed:
16. Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade
17. A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
18. Ability to build customised sales packages based on customer needs
19. Full UK driving licence is essential
20. Motivated and target-driven with a desire to succeed
21. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
