About the Role Join Northwood at our newest site in Flint, Wales, and play a key role in growth and success We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives at our newest manufacturing facility in Flint, Wales. We are in the embryonic stages of commencing activity, therefore we require your flexibility to work across all areas as reasonably required. Working hours: Double Days 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 hrs Initially this role will focus on parent reel storage and finished goods. In particular, the picking and shipment of materials headed to other Northwood locations from Flint. Job Opportunity Main responsibilities as this role develops: Operating MHE to transport Parent Reels and Finished Goods, as well as assisting loading and unloading HGVs. Following all safe standards of working, SOPs and HSE guidelines to ensure that everyone remains safe. Ensuring equipment is well-maintained and free from damage, ensuring any damage, faults or malfunctions are reported immediately. Ensuring full accuracy when loading and unloading products, ensuring they are labelled and stored correctly. Carrying out pre-use safety checks and ensuring accurate records are kept. Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Supporting with stocktakes. Additional responsibilities as reasonably required.
