Technical Lead
Overview
We’re hiring a Technical Lead to drive delivery across
Dynamics CRM and integration platforms within a squad-based engineering team.
You’ll lead from the front, ensuring high-quality builds, strong technical
direction, and aligned delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a development squad from a technical perspective
2. Guide design, implementation, and problem-solving
3. Ensure code quality and engineering best practices
4. Drive delivery and remove technical blockers
5. Work across APIs, integrations, and platform services
6. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams
Key Skills & Experience
7. Strong Experience with Dynamics CRM (or similar)
8. Solid background in APIs, integrations, and services
9. Experience leading developers or squads
10. Hands-on approach with ownership of technical decisions
Desirable
11. Azure / cloud Experience
12. Enterprise-scale environment exposure
13. Mentoring and setting technical direction
