An exclusive residential service specializing in holistic recovery is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Services Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical and therapeutic functions. This senior role ensures exceptional standards of care, governance, and compliance within a discreet, high-quality setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, including nursing and allied health professionals, to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support.
* Oversee service delivery, risk management, and compliance with CQC and NICE standards.
* Drive clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape service direction and innovation.
Ideal Candidate
* Registered healthcare professional (RMN, RN, Psychologist, or Allied Health) with significant leadership experience.
* Strong background in mental health, addictions, or rehabilitation services.
* Skilled in clinical governance, safeguarding, and operational management.
* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
