The Role
You’ll be the go‑to person ensuring smooth access to our AI‑powered imaging systems. From configuring cloud services to resolving login issues, your work will directly support doctors and researchers working to save lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and manage secure user access to vital healthcare platforms, gaining real‑world IAM experience with tools like Azure AD and AWS IAM
* Resolve login and access issues that could delay diagnoses, helping clinicians access critical imaging fast
* Configure and support cloud services like AWS and Azure, giving you daily exposure to cutting‑edge cloud environments
* Automate access management using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform, sharpening your scripting skills
* Troubleshoot imaging system issues (PACS, DICOM), ensuring radiologists and clinicians can view scans without delay
* Help integrate imaging with EHRs and other systems, streamlining patient data access
* Document solutions and improve support guides, so others can solve problems faster

The Person
* Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* Hands‑on knowledge of cloud services and scripting tools
* Good communicator who enjoys solving real‑world tech problems
* Keen to grow in healthcare IT and contribute to meaningful change
Desirable
* AWS or Azure certification, experience with EHR or PACS systems
