Alongside award-winning weddings, we also host private celebrations, corporate functions, and conferences, delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.
We are now seeking a Sales Office Manager to lead our busy Sales Office, with a particular focus on driving proactive sales growth, weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the Sales Office
* Assist the Wedding and Events Manager in managing the incoming enquiries for weddings, events, and conferences, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact to confirmed booking.
* Deliver proactive sales activity, including networking, sales calls, and relationship building, to drive new social events, and corporate markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and corporate partners.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and event schedules, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.
* Represent the hotel at wedding fairs, showcases, and networking opportunities.
* Work closely with the Wedding and Events Manager and the Operations Team to ensure smooth handover and flawless event delivery.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and conversion levels.

* Proven experience in sales management within weddings, events, or hospitality.
* Strong background in proactive sales and business development.
* Confident and approachable, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A natural leader, able to motivate and develop a small team.
* Commercially focused, target-driven, and highly organised.
* Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
