As the Sales Administrator, you will be confident and self‑motivated, and a key member of the customer focused Sales team in our East Midlands region. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Administrator will support the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also play a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and enhancing overall efficiency within the sales department.
* Manage reservation administration, ensuring accuracy across internal systems and communicating updates to stakeholders including financial advisors and solicitors.
* Prepare and distribute key sales documentation, including build sheets, sales sheets, contracts, price lists and completion packs.
* Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, databases, allocation lists and internal records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries, support sales progression and ensure smooth operations.
* Handle customer and sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Process legal contracts, raise payments and coordinate invoice approvals in line with procedures.
* Support the Sales Team with day-to-day administration and ensure availability of sales materials and literature for sites.
* Compile competitor analysis reports and support preparation for customer completions.
* Assist with marketing, promotional activities, and distribution of internal communications, resources and materials.
* Provide general administrative support, including ad hoc tasks such as organising team resources and supporting the Sales Director.
Industry experience preferred.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team environment.
