What you’ll be doing
* Lead the improvement of nursing services, ensuring consistently high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practice and innovative approaches to service delivery.
* Provide visible, compassionate leadership that builds trust, drives accountability, and fosters a supportive team culture.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, quality of care, and service performance.
What we’re looking for
* Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as Director of Nursing or Head of Governance & Risk.
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams through change.
* A compassionate, patient-centred approach with a strong focus on quality and safety.
