1. To support our clients in identifying, attracting, and communicating top talent for their most critical requirements, consulting both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful and passionate delivery
2. Developing new business client relationships via different methods such as cold calling, booking calls and sending prospective candidates.
3. Entering job applicants CV’s and contact details as well as clients to our company database for future reference
4. Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
5. Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
