No welding experience? No problem. If you're reliable, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in - Joloda will train you up on their robotic welding equipment from day one.
Salary and package
Hourly rate: £14.33
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Location: Liverpool
Shifts: 5 days per week – Day Shift

The role
You'll be operating robotic welding machines to produce welded assemblies, loading components into jigs and fixtures, and inspecting finished parts for quality. Full training is provided - so if you've worked in a factory or engineering environment and you're comfortable handling metal parts and using tools, this is a genuine opportunity to develop a new skill set on modern equipment.
What you'll be doing
You'll:
* Operate robotic welding machines to produce welded assemblies to specification
* Load jigs, fixtures, and components into the robot welder
* Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
* Follow safety procedures and report any machine faults or issues
* Support general fabrication and production tasks where required
What you'll bring
Essential:
* A background in machine operation, fabrication, production, or a similar production or engineering role
* Experience with jig-based production or fixture loading
* Confident handling tools, equipment, and metal components
* Keen eye for detail - you take quality seriously
Useful, not essential:
* Previous exposure to a robotic welding or fabrication environment
