Purpose of the Role
To educate colleagues on the effective use of applications and processes required to do their role, focusing on the people side of change through strategic planning, communication, guided support and targeted training.
Main Accountabilities
* Assess skill gaps and knowledge requirements across the organisation.
* Support product design and development to meet user, business and regulatory requirements.
* Support UAT of internal application production and design.
* Design, develop and update technical training materials (manuals, e‑learning, presentations, hands‑on exercises).
* Coordinate, organise and schedule courses, modules and face‑to‑face training efficiently.
* Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences using various methods.
* Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
* Identify potential people‑side risks and anticipate of resistance.
* Work closely with communication, change, HR and OD specialists to support implementation.
Skills / Competencies
* Understanding of people change processes.
* Experience in technical training delivery and/or change management.
* Strong relationship building, influence, motivation and group dynamics management.
* Familiarity with project management tools and phases.
* Experience with a diverse stakeholder group including senior stakeholders.
* Outcome focus and flexibility to manage priorities.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Coaching and support skills at all organisational levels.
* Active listening and teamwork abilities.
* Influence skills and alignment towards a common vision.
* Familiarity with LMS, e‑learning platforms and Microsoft Office.
* Preferred: Articulate 360, Vyond and Canva knowledge.
Knowledge / Experience
* At least 2 years in change delivery, project and/or training environment.
* Customer service focus.
* Mission oriented.
* Desirable London Market/Insurance knowledge.
* Diligent and resilient.
Interview Process
* Submit CV highlighting relevant skills and experience.
* Initial call with Talent Acquisition team for role overview and discussion of motivation.
* 1‑hour interview with Hiring Manager and team members via Teams or in person.
* Possible second‑stage interview with additional team members.
