We’re working exclusively with a highly respected, planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London. With ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of projects, they are expanding their Infrastructure Planning team and are looking to make several hires across all levels (Planner-Associate Director!).
THE HEADLINES:
Title: Town Planner (Infrastructure/DCO)
Experience required: 2+ Years' Experience (Minimum)
Salary: £35,000 Upwards + EOT Bonus & Strong Bonus
Location: Central London
Type of Company: Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME

🔎 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
* 2+ years of UK Town Planning experience.
* Experience with infrastructure projects, DCOs, or NSIPs
* RTPI membership preferred (or working towards MRTPI)
* Background in development management and/or policy planning
* Commercially aware, proactive, and collaborative mindset
