Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Private Client Lawyer to work on-site in our Bridgend town centre office. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of private client work, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. You will be expected to provide compassionate advice and build strong client relationships while ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant. You will also collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters and contribute to the firm's high standards of client service.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in private client legal services, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts
* Strong client relationship management skills, including empathetic communication and confidentiality
* Attention to detail and expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documentation
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of relevant legal software or case management systems is advantageous
