Duties of A Car Sales Executive:
* Selling new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets
* Advising customers on finance options, warranties, accessories, and complementary products
* Demonstrating vehicle features and explaining warranty and service arrangements
* Maintaining communication with customers regarding delivery status and potential delays
* Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
* Collecting payments and ensuring a smooth sales process
* Building and maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships
* Introducing customers to the Service Department and promoting ongoing aftersales care
Requirements of A Car Sales Executive:
* Proven recent or current experience in main dealership new and used car sales
* Strong desire to achieve results and a commitment to excellence
* Exceptional customer relationship building skills
* Ability to work independently, proactively seeking sales opportunities
* Brand-focused approach aligned with manufacturer standards
* A full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
* Flexibility to work hours from 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with scheduled days off during the week and alternate weekends off; Saturday hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sunday hours are 11:00am-4:30pm
* Honest, professional attitude and a genuine passion for the motor trade industry
