We are currently recruiting twoplaints handlers for a North West Housing Association.
Your new role
You will work alongside the customer care andplaints team handlingplaints in line with the HOS code (Housing ombudsman service). You will deal with initialplaints over the phone, triaging and assisting withplaints and were needed to escalate to the relevant team. The role will also involve audit checking ofplaintspliance.
These are full-time temporary roles, and you will be required to work from the office based in Birchwood, Warrington. There could be an opportunity to work hybrid once initial training has beenpleted and if you are able to show a good understanding of the role from previous experience.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able tomunicate effectively with customers, have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to go the extra mile to ensureplaints are dealt with effectively. You will be caring and empathetic, and you will be accountable, flexible and able to work from the office. The team is very busy, and you must be able to organise and manage your workload proactively and recognise when it is appropriate to escalate.
