ROLE: Automotive Technician / MOT Tester
LOCATION: Warrington
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30; 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30 – 12.30
SALARY: up to 40k plus benefits
Flame Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician / MOT Tester for our client’s main dealership in Warrington.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
* Complete vehicle health checks and document findings accurately.
* Liaise with service advisors and ensure clear communication with customers where needed.
* Uphold manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
* Mentor junior technicians where appropriate and lead by example.
Qualifications
* Experienced Vehicle Technician level qualifications
* Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a franchised dealership
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence

Essential requirements
* Motor Vehicle Technician background within the UK automotive industry
* Level 3 in City & Guilds or IMI
* Full UK driving licence
