We are excited to offer this development post within North Cumbria Integrated Care's NHS Foundation Trust Integrated Sexual Health Team by way of a secondment.
This post will focus on managing patient pathway data, ensuring accuracy of waiting times, managing rotas within service and providing leadership to the administrative team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providing support for Inform (Electronic Patient Record), accurately undertake general database administration, provide housekeeping, routine tasks, schedule upgrades, fault find and support the expansion and upgrading of the application.
The post-holder will line manage administrative staff, conduct appraisals, allocate workloads and provide training/induction to all staff within service.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree or demonstrable equivalent experience
* Highly developed IT skills with the ability to implement a variety of software programmes e.g. Access, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook
* NVQ 4 in Business Administration or equivalent
* ECDL/Advanced ECDL
Knowledge and Experience
* Previous experience of INFORM Sexual Health software
* Can demonstrate the ability and/or has experience of leading a project
* Proven ability to work to non-negotiable deadlines
* Knowledge of a wide range of IT and administrative procedures/systems of working
* General understanding of relevant legislation e.g. data protection
* Knowledge of Windows applications
* Knowledge of sexual health services
* Experience of working within NHS/Local Authority environment
* Experience of researching/gathering information
* Demonstrate knowledge of NHS structure and admin
* General understanding of business and activities of NHS
Skills and Aptitudes
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written skills
