As the Boutique Manager at Saint + Sofia, you will oversee the full spectrum of store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance, and uphold the brand’s ethos. You will inspire and develop a team of sales associates, cultivate client relationships, and ensure the store consistently reflects our commitment to excellence in style, service, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, providing clear feedback and development plans.
* Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism and customer service.

2. Sales & Business Growth

* Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Drive clienteling initiatives, building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
* Empower the team to deliver personalized shopping experiences and maximize conversions.

3. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

* Ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment at all times.
* Partner with head office teams on product launches, promotional displays, and layout updates.

4. Inventory Management

* Oversee stock control, replenishment, transfers, and markdowns.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
* Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to optimize assortment.

5. Customer Experience

* Champion a client-first culture, ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
* Proactively resolve customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Develop VIP client relationships through exclusive experiences and personalized follow-up.
* Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in retail management, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of retail operations including sales forecasting, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
* Commercially minded with the ability to analyse data and make strategic business decisions.
* Flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
