About the Role:
Wilsons Auctions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auction Support Assistant to join our Luxury Department at the Mallusk Branch. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong photography skills, logistical experience, and a passion for high-value assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Item Preparation: Handle and prepare luxury items for auction, ensuring accurate cataloguing and presentation.
Professional Photography: Capture high-quality, well-lit images of luxury assets using DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Basic editing and file management required.
Courier Coordination: Manage all courier activities including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking deliveries for high-value items.
System Management: Operate the Gavel auction system to manage stock control, inventory updates, and auction listings with precision.
Auction Day Support: Assist with setup, coordination, and customer service during live and online auctions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in product or catalogue photography
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience with courier services or logistics
Comfortable using digital systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including occasional weekends
Full driving licence preferred
