Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor, or Team Leader from a background in electronics systems to join a leading provider of Medical Diagnostics Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, building customer relationships, attending meetings, ensuring KPI delivery, and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Field Service Engineers
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers
* Attend meetings and provide customer care
* Ensure delivery of KPIs such as resource utilization, PPM, and customer satisfaction
* Manage financial aspects within set budgets
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, or similar role
* Background in high technology instrumentation sectors (analytical, scientific, medical, or electronics)
* Strong commercial skills and business acumen
* Ability to develop relationships with customers
* Leadership skills to support and motivate a team of engineers, develop revenue streams, and increase market share
