Job Description In this role you will provide support in managing the legal aspects of real estate transactions and operations, so having a strong attention to detail is essential Role Responsibilities Offer legal support, by simplifying and communicating legal and contractual obligations to assist informed decision-making across the organization. Liaise with international legal firms the company collaborates with, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Review and sign off on contracts from a legal perspective before submission for having them signed by the legal representatives of the companies. Facilitate the signing process for documents by designated signatories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure contracts align with business objectives. Conduct basic legal research to confirm contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations in certain jurisdictions or liaise with local legal firms. Assist in maintaining and updating contract lifecycle management systems, helping track renewals, expirations, and obligations. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and support the team in maintaining legally sound relationships with stakeholders. Draft, review, and assist in preparing commercial and compliance documents, such as supplier contracts and terms and conditions, under supervision. Support the review and update of existing contracts, including drafting communications and contractual documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring effective management of legal processes and documentation. Act as a supporting point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing assistance as required. Candidate Requirements Experience with property transactions is desirable. Law degree desirable. Up to 2 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably with a focus on commercial or corporate law. Understanding of drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, with willingness to develop expertise. Ability to translate legal concepts into clear, simple terms with guidance from senior team members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work under supervision. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency required. Team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Self-motivated and willing to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
