Responsibilities
* 80% Repairing and servicing MSA equipment (PG 01 – P 50) for the private and industrial sector; receive work orders, perform efficient, customer‑oriented service with high technical expertise; be part of the 24‑hour emergency repair team; arrange service appointments; estimate required hours, parts, and kilometres; fill out accurate service reports and update CRM location data; enter information into current and future service applications; support all service regions of Europe, including workshops and field work; provide high‑quality services to customers.
* 10% Completing customer service requests; provide service according to agreements or terminal orders; provide information to Service Administrator or Manager for quotations; receive equipment, prepare service documents, control products after repairs before returning them to customers; provide high‑quality customer service and maintain a good company image.
* 10% Fulfillment of operational requirements; project work and daily business; cooperate in projects to improve service processes; perform CIP activities; define spare parts needed and forward requests to the Service Administrator; fulfill required service documentation; follow all procedures; prepare reports as requested by a supervisor; perform other activities as assigned.
Qualifications
* Experience (required): Technical Experience – minimum 2 years technical/mechanical; English fluent; MS Office – Word and Excel advanced; experience in service activities; self‑motivation and focus are a must.
* Experience (preferred): SCBA, FGFD products and service (also KO2 and FP); use of service tools such as CRM and SAP.
* Education (required high school or degree, or equivalent from business experience.
* Education (preferred): Technician or BSC, freshly graduated, e.g., mechatronic or electronic engineering.
