We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and strategic outbound initiatives. This is not an entry-level BDR role we need someone who can build targeted outreach strategies, open complex accounts, and consistently generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) Identify and target decision-makers within mid-market and enterprise accounts Generate qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) aligned with ICP criteria Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition opportunities effectively Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking Refine messaging and outreach sequences based on performance data Mentor junior BDRs (if applicable) Required Qualifications 4 years experience in business development or sales development Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline or meeting targets Experience selling B2B products/services (SaaS experience preferred if relevant) Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Data-driven approach to outreach and optimization Experience targeting enterprise accounts Experience in consultative selling Experience working in high-growth or startup environments Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable. This role is also fully remote, so you would need to be comfortable at home.
