Inside Sales Account Manager German SpeakingSalary: £32,000-£34,000 + 10% performance bonusLocation: Kingston Upon ThamesWorking hours:38.5 hours per weekMonday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)Friday: 8:00am 3:00pm (30 minutes lunch)Position SummaryTo provide sales support, manage relationships, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with distribution and assembler customers across specified territories.The role also involves developing business with existing customers by supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs), conducting customer business reviews, and making recommendations for business, process, and procedural improvements.Ensure accurate and competitive pricing is provided while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times.Essential FunctionsProactively manage and develop business within assigned territories, with additional support for other regions as required, from the Sunbury office.Manage customer accounts by quoting and negotiating prices, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries based on stock levels, production, and schedules.Liaise with internal departments such as Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Warehouse, and Marketing where necessary.Maintain frequent and professional communication with customers to secure orders, provide product information, and deliver excellent customer service.Anticipate customer needs and develop plans to support future requirements.Support Business Development Managers in the field at all times.Manage inventory levels in line with customer forecasts and reorder points (ROPs).Work with the RMA department to resolve returns-related issues.Experience / KnowledgeMinimum:Fluent in English and German (spoken and written, business level)Experience in sales and/or account managementDesirable:Fluency in at least one additional European languageKnowledge of IT products (advantageous but not essential)Skills / BehavioursExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational skillsEffective time managementStrong negotiation skillsGood numerical abilityProactive approachAbility to meet tight deadlinesAbility to use independent judgmentAbility to quickly learn and understand the industry and key influencing factorsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personTPBN1_UKTJ
