The Role You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide leadership and support to a growing team. Work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity Shared ownership, lease extensions and new builds High-net-worth and non-volume residential property work Additional responsibilities include: Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to their development Ensuring compliance and consistent service standards Driving the strategic direction and growth of the team Building and maintaining strong client relationships What We’re Looking For 6 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) Strong team leadership and supervision experience Broad transactional knowledge including complex title issues Commercial awareness with a problem-solving approach Excellent communication skills and a focus on client care Proficient with case management systems and legal tech Why Join This Firm?
