Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis activities on large, complex digital programmes.
* Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring clarity and alignment across multiple teams and delivery strands.
* Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to understand business problems and user needs.
* Collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders to align requirements and acceptance criteria with digital roadmaps.
* Mentor and support other BAs, fostering growth and sharing best practices.
* Commit to continuous learning and development, building and enhancing the BA toolkit.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading analysis activities within complex projects and environments.
* Expertise in stakeholder engagement, driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and delivery strands.
* Strong mentoring and support skills for other BAs.
* Committed to continuous learning and development, actively building and enhancing the BA toolkit.
