A leading construction and engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join their Southampton office. The team operates in a variety of different sectors including cutting edge science and technology, higher education and public sector.
Role & Responsibilities of the Associate Director:
* Pre and post contract cost management, including setting budgets, managing change, assessing risk and opportunity and procurement.
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across various offices.
* Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships.
* Deliver projects to a high-quality standard.
Skills & Experience of the Associate Director:
* Ideally MRICS
* Experience managing internal and external project teams.
* Strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working on major projects.
