We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spa Reception Manager to join our team at The Cliff Hotel & Spa.
About the Role:
As Spa Reception Manager, you will help lead our front-of-house spa team to deliver a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest. You will be the first point of contact for spa visitors, ensuring their journey from arrival to departure is smooth, professional, and aligned with the high standards of The Cliff Hotel & Spa.
Working closely with the Spa Deputy Manager and Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the spa reception, manage bookings efficiently, and uphold service excellence in line with brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the spa reception team, ensuring consistent five-star guest service
* Manage appointment bookings, guest queries, and spa reservations using spa software systems
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection compliance
* Coordinate daily schedules with spa therapists and managers
* Lead by example with excellent communication, professionalism, and presentation
* Monitor reception stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
* Assist in team training and development, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
* Handle guest feedback with care and attention, resolving any concerns promptly
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar spa or hospitality reception role, ideally in a supervisory or management capacity
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident using spa booking systems and general IT software
* Professional, calm, and approachable demeanour
* Flexible and able to work shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
