£40,000 Basic + BMW Company Car + Quarterly Bonus (8% of Annual Salary)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager with experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding to join the team.
The Role
This is a fully field-based, new-business focused position with no set territories, giving you complete flexibility to target clients across the UK and Europe. You'll manage your own diary, work from home, and spend the majority of your week out meeting prospective customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Generating new business through cold calling, networking, and self-sourced leads
2. Booking and attending your own client meetings
3. Identifying, pitching, and securing full and part-load opportunities
4. Developing long-term customer relationships and managing existing accounts
