We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team and help lead the production of high-quality textile products.

We are a creative and quality-focused textile product manufacturer, known for our attention to detail and collaborative approach. From garments and bags to home, we take pride in crafting functional and beautiful products for a wide range of clients.
Based in Dunfermline, FIFE
The Role:
As Production Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our production operations. You’ll work closely with our small but skilled team to ensure orders are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standards. The role also involves working closely with key clients who require regular communication, order updates, and coordination of their D2C packing and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines and customer requirements
-Oversee and support a team of machinists and production staff
-Maintain quality control and ensure consistency across all products
-Manage stock levels of fabrics, trims, and components
-Liaise with suppliers and customers, including larger contract clients
-Coordinate packing, labelling, and logistics for fulfilment and pick-and-pack services
-Maintain daily communication with clients regarding production timelines and order status
-Implement and improve production processes to increase efficiency
-Maintain a safe and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience in a production or manufacturing management role (ideally in textiles)
-Strong organisational and time management skills
-Practical understanding of textile production techniques and equipment
-Confidence working with high-volume clients and handling fulfilment logistics
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Comfortable working with spreadsheets and production planning tools
-A proactive communicator who builds strong working relationships
