Customers & Engagement Officer
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible between 7am and 7pm) - hybrid working with at least one day in the office

What you'll be doing:
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers via shared mailboxes and direct enquiries
* Monitoring and organising correspondence to ensure swift responses
* Collaborating with technical teams to deliver comprehensive answers to customer questions
* Building relationships with internal teams to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery
What you'll bring:
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and networking skills, with a positive and caring attitude
* Ability to work well within a team and contribute to an inclusive work environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Flexibility to work across different shifts within the designated hours
