PA with Operations - £40K – B Corp / ecommerce brand – Founder level
PA for Founder-level support role within a growing B Corp / ecommerce brand – fantastic studio environment in SW1.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ prior PA experience at senior level within start-up / scale-up / SME environment.
This is a great role for someone looking to work closely with your principal as well as being involved across all business operations / support – growing team of 8 people plus seasonal / retail staff.
All PA duties;
* Meetings and diary management
* Correspondence and gatekeeping
* Planning events and international travel
* Meeting notes and actions
* All in order to stay one step ahead of your boss in order to ensure that they can focus on their growing brand!
Your role will also work across:
* Business operations for the team
* Recruitment and HR support as the business grows
* Ensuring that the London office is stocked and functioning well
* Strategic support as a sounding board for the senior team
