Role Summary: Sales Administrator As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating across departments to ensure the efficient management of our customer orders.
Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will contribute to our overall success.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to: Sales Administrator Key Duties will include, but not be limited to: Order Processing: Expedite customer Purchase Orders in line with company policies.
Quotations: Liaise with customers on incoming enquiries to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
Order Management: Support cross functional monitoring of open orders and provide relevant internal and external communications.
Communications: Handle general enquiries and queries to provide relevant customer communications.
Key Accounts: Coordinate with Sales Team to support ongoing customer development and growth activities Forecast Support: Provide support to the Sales Team on monthly forecasting activities, including forecasted Purchase Order follow up, requesting Customer Forecasts, and monitoring of Forecast consumption.
Export Control: Management of UK and US export controlled technical information.
Requirements: Sales Administrator Proven experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
Good understanding of SAP or other similar ERP system.
Experience in Microsoft 365 and MS Teams beneficial.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Strong communication skills, particularly written.
Commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
Meticulous attention to detail in document creation and review.
