The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
You will have the freedom to shape your territory and deliver results across Greater London. Your focus will be divided into three core pillars:
Driving Performance & Growth
* Take full accountability for turnover and profitability across all brands.
* Turn national sales strategies into winning local execution.
* Identify contract opportunities within the Developer and Specification sectors.
Relationship Excellence
* Develop trusted, value‑led partnerships with retailers, merchants, and distributors.
* Act as a brand ambassador at trade events and industry forums.
* Deliver product training to build customer confidence and technical knowledge.
Strategic Execution
* Utilise structured CRM journey planning to deliver high‑quality customer visits.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
* Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to achieve shared commercial goals.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

* Field Experience: A proven track record in field‑based sales, specifically selling into Trade and Retail customers.
