QA Manager | Quality Assurance | Channel Islands | Outside IR35
Responsibilities
* Take the lead on quality assurance and set up Quality Assurance Frameworks on the island.
* Provide in-depth analysis on how outcomes for families and children can be improved.
* Lead on communicating the vision of improvement to operational leads, managers, social workers, and other stakeholders and outline how it will be achieved.
* Collaborate with Learning & Development to set up support and advice for social workers to continue delivering the best service to service users.
Qualifications
* Social work qualification & registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in a similar QA role, with ability to lead quality initiatives and liaise with operational leads and social workers.
* Experience working with Learning & Development is desirable.
Contract & Benefits
* Outside IR35 | 3-6 month rolling contract | Full-time role (not currently offering hybrid work).
* Location: Channel Islands.
* Rate: £56.50/hour.
