About the Role
Join Johnson Controls as a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Operations Leader, where you'll take charge of our regional delivery strategy and operational performance. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a substantial team of Operations Managers, overseeing the successful delivery of major fire and security projects. Your leadership will ensure excellence in execution, customer satisfaction, and significant financial growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic & Financial Leadership
12. Develop and implement a high-performing delivery strategy aligned with Johnson Controls standards.
13. Own and manage the regional branch P&L, driving growth while maintaining tight cost control.
14. Monitor financial performance and adjust course to meet key metrics and business targets.
15. Drive positive cash flow through timely invoicing and cost management.
Operational Excellence
16. Lead a large team of Regional Operations Managers, with indirect leadership of delivery managers, planning, and support functions.
17. Drive execution of backlog to increase revenue and meet plan targets.
18. Improve engineer productivity and efficiency across all projects.
19. Conduct monthly site audits to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
20. Collaborate with Installation Excellence and QS teams to enhance operational standards.
Customer & Quality Focus
21. Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
22. Maintain quality standards in line with BAFE/NACOSS certifications.
23. Conduct customer site visits aligned with sales channels to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
24. Create and implement action plans based on Your Voice feedback.
Risk & Compliance Management
25. Ensure business protection on large contractual projects in collaboration with the commercial team.
26. Maintain control over WIH (Work in Hand) across branches, ensuring alignment with business needs.
27. Champion EHS obligations, focusing on the Critical 6 safety principles.
Key Objectives
28. Achieve all financial KPIs associated with the regional branch.
29. Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, standards, and customer experience.
What You’ll Bring

Additional Requirements
35. Full UK driving licence.
36. Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
37. Previous experience in the Fire & Security industry preferred.
38. A-Level education (or equivalent) in a relevant subject desirable.
