We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Commercialisation Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Through Business Banking (BB) our global network offers comprehensive support and services to businesses in the SME market. From expanding overseas to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Product Specialists provides a range of end‑to‑end solutions designed to help small businesses reach their potential.
The role is based within the Digital team that is part of UK SME business. Covering Business Internet Banking, Mobile, Onboarding and supporting tools and services.

Responsibilities
* Define project scope, milestones and task allocation to establish and maintain clear progress plans
* Understand and leveraging customer behavioural and sentiment data to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points, to inform colleagues and keep appraised of the initiatives in plan
* Manage the go to market strategies for digital commercialisation initiatives and effective copywriting to support digital growth targets
* Effectively influence and manage stakeholders across segment and product areas, IT and operations and work closely with our change programs to effectively manage timely comms for new change releases to support colleague education and awareness
* Lead Digital Education for customers and colleagues including creation of e‑Learning Modules and Digital Webinars for customers and colleagues
* Creation and management of digital assets across the Public Website producing quality, data driven personalised content in various formats, including articles, videos, infographics plus more, working with wider business and risk teams to execute
Qualifications
* Technical skills in marketing, communications and digital copywriting desirable with a keen understanding of UX and UI design principles
* Effective communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered with strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills and senior business stakeholder management
* Experience with MI analysis and the ability to gather information, make judgements and decisions, and, strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills and senior business stakeholder management
* Knowledge and experience with Digital channels, platforms, and propositions, Commercial Banking systems and products, and, experience of change programs would be advantageous
* Proven experience of proactively looking for innovative ways to improve customer experience and leading a product roadmap
* Understanding of Governance and related activities with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share key information clearly, concisely and accurately
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham and a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
