We’re looking for native or fluent Dutch speakers to join our London team as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants, helping clients find specialist engineering talent.
What You’ll Do:
* Build and maintain relationships with clients in the DACH engineering market.
* Source and headhunt skilled candidates for niche technical roles.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Native or fluent Dutch (essential) + strong English.
* Driven, ambitious, and resilient personality.
* Interest in sales, business development, and relationship building.
