What will I be doing?
* Preparing method statements and risk assessments with the construction team.
* Drafting reports, cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.
* Preparing and review technical and contract documents, analysing returned tenders.
* Managing delivery schedules and monitor progress against the programme, issuing reports.
* Coordinating with the Design team via RFIs, produce look-ahead programmes, and ensure quality control through inspections and snagging.
What do I need to succeed?
To succeed you'll have a:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering
* Experience with Data Centre projects? That's a big plus!
* Familiar with security systems, fire alarms, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment? Even better!
