Warehouse Team Leader (Midshift)
Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland
Salary: GBP 34,000 per annum (approx £15.11 per hour)
Shift: 2pm – 11pm, 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join a busy operations team. This hands‑on leadership role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, supporting cross‑dock operations, and ensuring performance and quality targets are met.
Responsibilities
* Support the receipt, storage, picking, packing, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of goods
* Lead and manage daily cross‑dock operations
* Ensure all warehouse processes and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organisation
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
* Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
* Supervise, motivate, and support a team to meet shift targets
Qualifications
* Previous warehouse experience (essential)
* Experience in cross‑dock operations
* Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and IT skills
* Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
