This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new team. You will play a key role in the early stages of this highly anticipated development.

This development is a significant residential development featuring:
* 430 total homes
* 30 houses
* 400 apartments (1 and 2 beds)
* Excellent transport links - just 5 minutes from Hertford East station
* On-site parking available
Key Responsibilities
* Selling new build homes to prospective buyers
* Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to exchange and completion
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve sales targets
* Maintaining strong knowledge of the development and local area
What We're Looking For
* Previous New Homes Sales experience is ideal, though Estate Agency experience will also be considered
* A motivated, money-driven and ambitious individual
* A proactive go-getter who enjoys working towards targets
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with Overseas buyers would be a bonus but is not essential
