What We’re Looking For: Active RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) license. Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager, within a nursing home setting, with a hands-on and person-centred approach. Comprehensive knowledge of care standards, safeguarding procedures, and clinical compliance. Experience in dementia care and a passion for improving the quality of life for older adults.
