You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing support and guidance to customers while efficiently resolving logistical challenges associated with order preparation.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Advisor - Customer Service Excellence
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels.
* Support customers in navigating product information and making informed decisions.
* Process sales orders.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer needs.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team.
Essential Customer Advisor Skills And Experience
* Prior experience with customer service and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
